HELP!
I need a tachometer in PERFECT condition for HUHSKY. The speedo is new old stock and the tach looks crappy by comparison.

Anyone have a PERFECT tach from 89-00?

New ones if I can find one are $300+ and I really MUST have a new tach for the motorcycle show.

No. MUST BE OEM - Can't put chrome on HUHSKY.

Maybe Juniors, but then that would make him really mad. Rather not.
OFF it looks OK and at the show he will be off.
Still want a perfect one for him.

And anyone figure out any way to clean the inside glass without destroying the gauge? All were wiped with the same dirty rag from 1989-2009.

I'm taking a chance and bought the first one. The dial goes to 12.5k as opposed to 12k and the first division is smaller. I'm guessing it will work but may show 500 rpm different which is OK. Looks are VERY important for the show.

2nd one I had to ask shipping costs.

Maybe someone with a 550 would know about compatibility. Can the 2nd one work?  gsjack maybe? suzuki-stevo?

Perfect condition but bezel is different depth so it is a no-go. Doesn't match the deeper black bezel of the GS speedo.
This tach is for sale if anyone wants it. Make an offer and you can have it.

how soon do you need this tach, reason I ask is a lot of places can produce a gauge face for anything pretty much. gs500 included

Problem is you can't open up a gauge without damaging it.
Coda found one in Germany and I offered 125 euros and just got it.
Now I am waiting for shipping as I requested fast shipping so I get it by the show.
