Airtech Streamlining is the largest one, but check out Glass From the Past as well.

Whew... Glass from the Past thinks kinda highly of their fairings...

Sorry for the late reply.

I don't have that particular fairing, no. But I have ordered a few things from Airtech. Good quality parts......but you're paying and waiting for them. Since I do all my "major" bike work in the winter, I try to order fiberglass stuff in the summer so it shows up on time.
