Folks, i got new chain and sprockets as advised by the big guns on the forum. The chain had developed tight spots and was missing rolers. When i finished lubing it a short while ago, i put it in gear to check if all was ok. I noticed that it slightly displaces up and down near the front sprocket (with the sprocket cover on) but nothing like a big deviation. Bike was on centre stand at that time. Sooo... should i again go to the mech tomorrow??? I bunked from hospital to get it done as don't get time due to shifts at work place. Don't want to go again all the way :icon_neutral:... diagnosis needed please. Thanks in advance :thumb:
Just rotating a new chain on the center stand is OK,but not always an indication of problems after installing a chain. A new chain will be a little tight (most likely at the master link).
You need to go ride and let the chain loosen up.
As always... one of the big guns to prompt rescue. Thanks a bunch sir @adidas guy :thumb:
agreed. let us know if any further issues Eh?
Sir @yamahaonkawazuki, will do. Thanks for the concern, so far it seems to be kinda OK. Cheers
