The lever for my flip up Scorpion EXO-900 broke last night. So....

Called their 888 number.
Got a real person right away.
Explained what happened.
Took my name and address and color of helmet.
Replacement chin bar is on its way.
No charge. No hassle. No problem.

Excellent customer service!

I like stories like these! there are way too many horror stories floating around in general.

I've got one of their helmets as well (EXO-1000); the cover on the neck roll started cracking; one phone call later I had one in the mail :D
