Must have a wire grounded out against the frame/headlight bucket and every time you draw current you pop the fuse. I would start by looking at where the wires could potentially get pinched near the steering stops on the lower triple tree, and then check where the wires go into the headlight bucket, and also make sure all connections (blinkers, dash lights, etc...) are all properly connected and wire is not exposed.

the wires are all fine. i replaced the harness before, i noticed that two of the connectors melted a little. the yellow on by the valve cover and the black one by the spark plug.

......Ummm well Start with this, Get your meter out and start probing for voltage, this will tell you if you got power and a good ground, if you dont know how to check for a good ground search youtube for scannerdanner he will teach you all about finding a good ground. How dose it react with a test light?
