I was told my floats might be at the wrong height so I decided to take a picture and have you guys let me know (http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/03/28/ne6e8yja.jpg) right float

You can't do this outside the carbs, you need to put them back in and check them based on their height from the bottom cover gasket. Put them back in, and with the carbs sitting on the table upside down, measure their height.
