I got the r6 rear shock I ordered off ebay but it didnt come with any hardware. I know that the gs500 hardware wont work but what specifically do I need to be able to bolt this on?

I just want to confirm I need parts 8, 10, 32, 33, and 34? I just want to make sure I order the right parts so any additional help would be awesome! :)
Yeah, that's the right part to look at... but that price... yikes!
Edit: You know I was thinkin' (and someone help me out cause its been awhile since I did it)... I don't think you need the actually bearing, as the collar still fits into the GS bearings IIRC... so really you would only need like 32, 33, and 34... oil seal (10) I would think is also already on GS bearings... But, maybe someone else can second that or correct that please!?

Its been a few years for me too BUT I saved the parts list on my phone :) Just looked it up and these are the EXACT Yamaha parts I ordered from my local bike shop;
90109-12011-00 Bolt
90185-12119-00 Nut Self-Locking
90387-127W0-00 Collar
And I paid less than 20 bucks for all of it.

sweet! Thanks! I found them on partzilla for $18 before shipping. So just to confirm, I can reuse the gs500 washers/oil seals?
I did, however bear in mind, my bike was brand new and it had ~3000kms on it when I did the shock swap so everything was very new and I was able to re-use. I would def inspect and if at all possible use new. If my bike was older I would have used new.
Yeah, that's a good point fraze. Mine also had like 2.5k miles on it when I got, probably under 5k when I did the shock... garage queen and clean, so it was (and still is! ;)) in good condition as well.

mine only has 2400 miles on it, it should be ok... I just wanted to make sure the part would work (regardless of condition). Anyway parts have been ordered! Thanks guys :icon_mrgreen:
