Title: Petcock problem; fuel coming out of vacuum port.

I have problem of leaking fuel through vacuum port of petcock on my 2000 gs-500. Please suggest solution to it.

I'm in the same boat. I've tracked it back to a small hole in the Fuel Petcock Diaphragm. I can not seem to locate a new diaphragm. I've order this one off ebay we'll see if it works out..

For those who are wondering the part above fit my 2002 gs500 and fixed the issue with the petcock leaking out the vacuum line. Hope it helps someone out..

Great info!  This is an issue that comes up on the forum for time to time, and I haven't seen anyone source a new replacement diaphragm for the petcock.  So, I'll tuck this info for the next one.  Thanks!
