Can someone give me the part number of this and also can I ride with this off?
I have no idea what happen to it might have fell off.

That is what I am trying to figure out. I don't think it is just the emblem cuz it has 3 screws

Nope.  The emblem is just a sticker.  The cover has 3 screws.  You need both.  (I am not sure if the emblem comes with the cover, but I know it is available separate from the cover.)

See that link Gorilla posted? You need both 11 and 13. Cover, contact breaker.  And Emblem.
