The Vapor gauge should have a pickup wire that would wrap around a spark plug lead. Find out what model it is and download the instruction manual first though.
And remember: you'll need to plug the hole in the engine that the tach cable attaches to.
Thanks big rich I'll look more into it

Would I b able to just wire straight into the factory wiring for the tach? And I would have to add the magnets or something to front wheel for the speedo correct

I'm not quite sure I understand the question......wire the tach straight in? Maybe on a later moder engine with the electronic tach sensor. But not really on an early model like yours. I guess you could wire in the sensor from the Vapor to one of the wires coming up from the signal generator (or whatever it's actually called on the right aide of the engine.....I'm too tired).
And the magnet for the speedo is pretty common. I had an Acewell on my 650 and found a speedometer cable adapter though - it looked like a normal speedo cable, but sent the signal to the Acewell instead.
Thanks for your help man I'll look more into this

I had a vapor installed on my goped lol just use the sensor, and connect to plug wire. reset unit and youre good to go. also get the temp sensor while youre at it. the speed sensor is a tad more involved, yet not bad ill find the pic of my old one involved. IIRC I sold it to steezin_and_wheezin ( member here )
