What do you think that rim and dual disc setup came from on the front?

(Kind of reminds me of an old Kawasaki rim.... :embarassed:

Though it looks familiar, I can't identify the wheel...

GSjack, what is the distance from your place to Altoona, PA? More than 2500 miles from here, so I have to pass on it.

I thought maybe a 83 GS1100 wheel, but it's not. Maybe a Kawasaki wheel.....

About 4:15 away from me...  Not too far from where my dad grew up... :icon_mrgreen:

Most long-term members know that Jack lives in Ohio; Altoona is only about 250 miles away from him, give or take. For a guy with more than 400,000 miles on two wheels, 500 miles round-trip is child's play.

Think about it Jack... I can't kick-start my SR500 until I get my knee(s) replaced, so my nephew starts it for me; he prefers to ride my GS anyway. With my health problems, a trike might be the only way I'll be able to ride in the years ahead.
