Title: Reinforcements on the Dutch front have arrived!
Post by: Krav on August 08, 2014, 01:07:11 AM
Hello!

My name is Peter van den Berge. I live in the Netherlands, and have recently gotten myself a 1999 Suzuki GS500E.
I'm currently working as an network and system administrator for a small company here in the netherlands.

Next to playing games, and doing awsome computer stuff my passions are Krav Maga and tuning mopeds. I got my motorcycle license about a month ago now, and as soon as i got the money for it, bought myself this motorcycle:

I plan to use this as a project, as i currently don't really NEED this two wheeler. Work i can do by regular bike, so its not an issue if this machine has to stand still for some time.

In the time awaiting my account approval i made this. It's what i want my bike to look like. I know, its not really stealthy, but i think it could work really nice.
Yeye! I know :p ROCKSTAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just like their logo a lot :p sue me!

Anyways, I hope to have a wondefull time here at the forum!  :D

Welcome!
Nice bike! The rockstar theme looks awesome... I would personally have the frame powdercoated black to complete the look.
And maybe black out the engine with some yellow details?

Waar kom je vandaan in NL?

I want to have the fram powdercoated at some point, as there's little spots of bare metal (read: rust) on it. But the rockstar colours are black, yellow (or gold) and grey. If you google it, you see a lot of bikes with grey accents aswell.

I thought of having de cilinder painted black, with a yellow cilinder head or valve cover or something. Its still a thought in progress, so i welcome your feedback on the idea :)

Ik woon in Amersfoort. Woon je in de buurt? :p

Nu is grotendeels "standaard" verkoop.
