Hey guys do you know where I can buy some of those zip ties that pop into the holes on the frame. You know, the ones that hold up the wiring harness? I have looked on bike bandit and don't see them on the fiches. Is this a standardized item? Any help would be great!

Am sure you could probably find something similar on ebay.. (Chinese stores take about 3 weeks on average if you take the free shipping option).

Yea thats it! Does the GS use a certain size of these?
Not sure on exact size - I haven't had to replace any myself..
You should be able get them in 2.5mm, 4.0mm, 7mm mounting - I will take a gander at one when I get home from work and post if no one else has by then.

Had a good look around my bike and can only see regular zip ties holding looms to the frame - do you have a faired model?

No I have a 1998 GS500E I remember having to cut them when I stripped the bike and they were the push in kind. There is a series of holes along the inside of the frame running up the right side. These holes are where those pop into, otherwise there is nothing to mount a zip tie to unless you want to wrap the zip ties completely around the frame but that will be visible and ugly. Anyway I will just have to measure the holes and confirm their size.
