Title: Delkevic Exhausts- nail or fail?
Post by: netplayjoe on October 03, 2014, 07:22:17 PM
Looks like typical Chinese Factory/Gulag quality, but price is reasonable. Jewel or Junk?

Thanks

I've heard mixed reviews on them...
Most complaints came from buyers of the (early) carbon can models though.

I ordered mine about a month ago. I got the carbon 14'' slipon. I havent been able to ride it yet due to bad valves. But the exhaust looks built really nice. I will buy another one.

I just installed the 14" ss oval slip on on my bike and for the price it's good. Only put about 100 miles so far so won't be able to comment on durability for a while. It looks much better than the stock can though sounds good too.

That slip on looks bloody good -

I'll try that. Cos its so short, the fat that its thin walled metal has less of a bearing ... unless of course you crash on that side - which means you're out $150 (+ all the other crap you break in the process)

Cool.

I have the SS70 full system on my GS. I love it. Needed a bit of care with the pipe clamps to get a good seal with no leaks from the header to the midpipe, but other than that its been great
