My buddy bought this rack online from UK a couple of years ago for $120 or $140 or so and never installed it, after I got the bike from him with all the parts, I put it on and didn't like how the rack looked on the bike. So it's for sale.

Horizontal mounting points require either a 1/2" spacer, or I'm not sure if there is some factory part that can usually fill this void.
