Wheel Bearings
Battery
Tail made from fiberglass with Ducati taillight, Seat made partially from OEM and fiberglass,
all wires re-routed to battery box. MotoBatt AGM Battery (August 2014).
Gearing is towards pull not speed, if ridden alot on the highway I would suggest to go 4 teeth
down in the back and 1 up in the front. Currently it runs 6500 rpm @ 60mph, vs. 5000 rpm @ 60 mph
on my 2001 Stock GS. Sprokets & Chain are new per August 2014. Wheels are new per August 2014.
I ran approx. 200 miles on the bike since completion.
This is a custom bike 'in the rough'... while I had it down to the frame I did not re-do the whole
frame, this is a rider not show stopper bike :icon_mrgreen:
I'm changing the turn signals in the back as i accidentally kinked it while getting off the bike :icon_rolleyes:
Clean MD Title in my name. Note, this bike registers as a 93 = historic tags = no inspection = no issues with
the non existing emission system that you would usually find on this 2006 engine.
