so basically, I can't figure this timing thing out. the 2005 only has one pickup... and its making it confusing as hell, I don't own a manual. sure as hell wish I did right about now.
from what I gather, the first line after the RT should be lined up with the node? Then install cams as normally [1 pointing forward/even with engine] 2 arrow, count 18 over. and place the 3 with arrow on the 18th pin? is this correct?

Just want to say: turn the engine over by hand a few times with the plugs out. If there's a problem with timing you don't want to use the starter motor to find out....

yup, gave it like 20 turns.. lol, mainly because it was fun.
now everything is together...
getting the engine BACK into the bike, is a freaking joke.
