In good shape. Pretty clean; a tiny bit of minor rust here and there. No leaks. This is a drop-in replacement for the stock setup.
I bought this thing for my upcoming suspension revamp, then started reading about how they might be a bit too stiff for lighter riders, so I ended up buying an R6 shock instead (at 2x the price). With as much as it would cost me to return the thing, I figured I'd just pass it along to one of you guys. Price is good for shipping to lower 48.

I have that Kat shock on my GS. Its a great upgrade.
I managed to turn it into a two-day project with my hamfisted ways....but that shock will make someone's GS a better ride. I'm 210 lbs, by the way.
