Title: Yep! It's inside!
Post by: FirstGS500E on February 23, 2015, 05:44:12 PM
So, after some tugging and lifting through 7inches of snow, the bike is now in my eating area. Well, it was bound to happen sooner or later. Over the next couple weeks, I'll be making every change I've wanted to since I got it.

If it doesn't work out with repairs... get a big glass sheet and some clamps etc... coolest dining table ever!

I also rebuilt my bike In the kitchen the first time around. Its was great. Go to Walmart and get your self on of the big metal trays for 15 bucks.  You can see what I'm talking about in my build thread. It was essential for keeping things rolling away or spills becoming uncontainable.

Did my first carb build on the bike in the living room of my condo.  My kids got a kick out of it, my wife not so much...complained that she couldn't sleep with all the gasoline fumes so I did what any good husband would do, and opened the bedroom window for her - in the middle of February!

Enjoy the freedom you get from having such easy access to your build.
