Anyone change their brake and clutch levers? I'm thinking about changing mine and looking at these http://m.ebay.com/itm/251533076189?nav=SEARCH. Would they fit the bike?
I just did last week, I ordered the same levers.
I changed the brake lever only. clutch lever wont fit, there is a switch for the clutch lever and I was unable to mount it. It can be achieved though if you by pass the clutch switch.

Yes, Don't Ask, Don't Tell, but I had to replace my Clutch lever. Couldn't get aftermarket, so I paid $40 plus for the lever.
I can guarantee you will strip the heads of the two screws holding on the electrical "No-Start" clutch switch which must be removed in order to get the lever off. The screws cost me another $5.00 each.
That done, it is a piece of cake.
Bought the same levers and installed both without striping the screws or by passing clutch switch. removed clutch side fairing to have a better angle with my drill if you use a screw driver apply enough pressure and twist or else youll strip them. brakes the easiest Cause theres no cable connected to it. Only issue was that the clutch doesnt fully release or engage for me when the lever is on setting 1 or 2. So I keep it at 3 and up(levers have 6 adjustment settings) but if its a problem for you im thinking all you would need to do is adjust clutch cable to allow the clutch to function properly in those settings. My clutch cable was adjusted by a professional at a shop before I installed mine just saying.
you can use those but you need to drill/dremel a slot for the clutch safety switch.
Jaynavjo15, how did you replace the clutch lever without bypassing the switch? Did you drill out a hole in the levers like everyone says you have to or find another method?
The other method is to go with a SV650 clutch perch, It fit's perfect.
No new method or drilling needed mine came with perfectly machined slots made for the switches.

I went that route, and it worked out very well.

Replaced a clutch lever last week after my wife backed into my bike (on the center stand). It rolled forward before the handlebars locked to the left and the clutch handle took the fall. I was glad the mirror didn't get messed up.

Have you bought and installed those exact levers? I was looking at those but was curious how they would work out, since the brake lever seems so different in terms of the "hammer" that would press into the master Cylinder.
EDIT: Found the answer in the seller's small print... Picture may not depict actual levers, purchase based on item title, not picture appearance. O0
