Are those different forks? Too bad the seller doesn't say more about the bike.

great thing about IL is ODO and turn signals aren't required by law!

they're very lax here...

Wait, did the tree that sounds like a sewing machine just move? Haha....

Anybody take a guess at what tires those are?

They look like Kenda K270 dual sport tires to me.

I found this picture, of what I assume is the same bike, on the web:

That is a beautiful thing. Not sure about the skid plate bolted to the exhaust though

Looks like it's on the frame to me. This person doesn't seem to be able to find a picture he can't distort or make blurry, so I can't quite tell.

They had it on craiglist for a while and did not sell it.  A dual sport buddy of mine was teasing me about getting it but I don't recall the ad being title-less.

There is something in the water around here though because that's the 2nd one in 6 months for sale on craigslist.  First one was even better done.

Myersg11, isn't there something in Alabama about not needing a title for bikes that are a certain age? Or maybe the owner is just saying "no title" as a way of saying "no way in heck can this pass a street legal inspection".

And if your last name is Myers, hello to my brother from another mother! How many times do you you specify mYers and not mEYers?

1975 and and before.  They've really cracked down on the "no title left behind".  Sneeze on it when filling it out and you will likely have to get a affidavit proving it (snot, ink and bike) is yours.  Vehicle inspection?   :icon_lol:  They check the VIN - that's it.  Odds are either lost or stolen.

Yes.... myrs, myres, meyers, meiers (3 vowels, really?) ... although the first "mayers" came this week from a foreign student...  I wanted to say, no I do not own a hot dog company.

Hello right back at you!
