What's up fellow GS riders! My name is Salman and I am a new motorcycle rider. I live in Frederick, MD and am excited to own a 1996 GS500E - much to the dismay of my parents.
I used to own an MR2 and an Infiniti I30 both of which I used to Auto-X. The MR2 was once taken to run on the Summit Point Main circuit and would like to do it again on the GS.
Scheduled to take the MSF course next week and have bought leather gear from head to toe - minus the helmet of course. Still learning how to ride in the meantime though. I'm having trouble making smooth downshifts and a smooth line through turns. But as they say practice makes perfect.
