What are the options when it comes to rebuilding the carbs? I am guessing paying a bunch of money for OEM parts, or rolling the dice with K&L? Are there any other companies that sell reliable kits for rebuilding carbs? Anyone have any experiences to share in regards to the rebuild kits?
partsnmore seems to have everything minus the float. Expensive as hell but they ship fast for me
K&L gaskets are fine. They are Chinese, but they don't have to go inside the motor, so they cant break and destroy your motor like shims.
Anyway the float one is a gasket, all the rest are just O rings. I have 4 of the common sizes, but 1 doesn't fit 100% well on all bikes.

You may have to search to find your year.
I put a KL kit though mine but bought genuine needles and diaphragms. So far runs sweet (don't ask how its stops)
No one else but Suzuki makes the diaphragm and needle.

K&L o-rings are ok, but I don't really think it's worth it to get the K&L kit because the float needle valves suck in my (n = 1) experience. It's more expensive, but worth it, to buy all OEM parts for the carb.
