I have a '05 gs500f and am currently in the process of upgrading the intake and exhaust. I have a K&N lunchbox on the way and wanted to do the exhaust at the same time to avoid doing two rejets. While browsing a local wreckers I saw that they have a 2004 GSXR 750 with a full Yoshimura exhaust header back. Are the hangers the same for these as our bikes? If I was able to get this for a reasonable price would it be worth it? I figured if it'll match the hangers i could just get it the pipes cut off and it slipped over my current exhaust??
Pipe dream or possibility??
other possibles i'm looking at

anyone tried GPR exhausts? my main draw is the shape and it being black and not a "carbon" look
of course I know Delvic and Yoshi get lots of thumbs up from you guys but I really dislike the look of most of their mufflers....that little knubbin or spigot looking thing that protrudes out of the back of the can really doesn't fit my aesthetics and as much as i am buying an exhaust for the increase in power and sound I really do care about how it looks :embarrassed:
I got a gsxr 1000 exhaust in a matt silver finish it looks great. i needed a friend with a grinder and welder to make it fit and slip on off right.
