Motor is shot and need another one for my 96. If you are in the DMV area and have one please let me know!
Would not mind paying shipping for an out of state motor as well. Want to see video of it running though.
I got a 1998 engine here, about 6,000 miles. My GS is currently in parts right now so I can't just turn the key unfortunately to test it. When I have a time I'll rig it up for a video though.
I have just decided to part out my fixer upper:
89 suzuki GS500 project bike – has no title - 14928 miles
Bike had been run rough and laid over on both sides
I got it running again – repeat engine does run, bike does shift and go
Engine – black – stamped 501-105731
Timing cover broken, left cover scratched
