Hi Guys, I wanna try to sell this all as a lot one more time before I sell it all in pieces. I really don't want to ship it all so someone in CA picking it up would be great. Alright here goes..
I have 2 GS500 engines worth of parts, between the 2 of them definitely enough parts to assemble one good engine + spare parts which is what I was going to do but I need to raise money for another project and could use the room so I'd like to sell what I have. I bought an 89 GS500 that had been sitting a bit and some moisture got one of the valves rusted up and the cylinder on one side, the bottom end is good with a good crank, so I bought a 98 engine, the guy had disassembled and bagged everything to replace the shift shaft and lost interest, the new owner sold the crank but that gave me the cylinder and head I needed to finish the first engine. I've also got a second cylinder with pistons and most of that engine as well as a new gasket set. Basicaly one good engine ready to assemble with spares!! An you could build it and run it or use the parts to rebuild your GS and sell the spares! or e-bay everything! A head is worth 100 and a crank 100 plus 2 cylinder blocks with pistons, another repairable head and all the other parts!! I just hate to split it up when it could be assembled into a good engine for someone. Ed
