Hey all.
Iv'e been looking online for gs500f breakpad replacements and have been flustered and questioning which ones are the right ones to get. I see rear pads look completely different yet apparently work for gs500f.
Regardless I'm right now looking for http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com/42925/i/bikemaster-brake-pads on this site and have a question.
Once I enter in year model, suzuki, and gs500f It asks me for "SIZE:REAR" AND "SIZE:FRONT RIGHT"
I'm just trying to find a set of brake pads, both front and rear so I can buy em and install them on my bike.
Can anyone tell me what it means, or just give me some good working for sure links for both front and rear brake pads, or just both links or w/e. I just do not want to buy the wrong thing.
Thanks.
I think Motorcycle super store just shows a "generic" photo of the brake pads, not necessarily the exact pad you are going to get for your make and model.
I'd recommend you go with EBC...Double H sintered for the front and organic for the rear. A bit more $$$ but really good brakes!

I just had a quick look at the web site you listed and the brake pads shown are correct. The front and rear pads are of different shapes and therefore look different in the photos. Similarly the GS500 has a single disk brake on the front, not twin disks, and it is on the right hand side of the wheel. So on the site you select what they have labelled as "size" (front right, rear) and click the "add to cart" button. And it gets added. Repeat for the other pad, and when you have finished you go through the checkout and tell them where to send them and how you are going to pay for them.
Have to agree with twocool though. The EBC sintered pads are excellent. I replaced my front pads recently and was very pleased with the improvement they gave me.
Good luck.
Try the goldfren S33 syntered type pads- i run all my street bikes on them, and they are great.
