my other, other bike is a gsxr11... man... the riding position is brutal on the knees. its uncomfortable in comparison to modern super sport 6's and thats saying something haha
what gsxr generation/model of rearsets are you planning to use though dowdy? just curious.

Woah! I'd love to get a gsxr set on my GS! What plate is this and where could I get one?! :]
I will really like to know where did you get those plate from as well.
Last time I checked, people who made those adapters are no longer active in this forum...
I bought them on eBay, theyre nothing special like gs500 to gsxr i just got gsxr 600 2005 riser plates just search on eBay and there a few to pick from

Got any pics installed dowdy80?
Stumbled on this and figured I'd include it for search purposes, additional info, etc:

Thanks for the link! I did find that pantablo's write up and it seems pretty easy to do.
But I prefer the idea using the existing riser plate and drill and tap a new hole so it can be use as an adapter for gsxr 750 rear sets.

This kind of rear sets also looks nice (CBR900?) and it is hard to tell the mounting hole has been drilled out.
I am curious how is dowdy80 installation outcome! :thumb:
