Title: Rotor magnets orientation

hi.
does anyone knows if magnet orientation matters?
i want to reassemble my rotor.

I'm pretty sure you need a new rotor.  That one looks toasted.

Or frantic hammering on the rotor when it wouldn't come off the shaft?

you are right  :D it was stack on shaft and i had to decompress it.
i reassembled it and its working for now  :cheers:
