Okay, so I do a lot of automotive work, no formal training but I am very mechanically inclined and can catch on quick. That being said, I have little experience with carbs, but I've taken mine apart so many times that I could disassemble it and reassemble it faster than Forest Gump could his rifle.
I've made a mistake, though. I have a 2007 GS500F that sat for who knows how long before being sold at auction so you can imagine that some maintenance needed done. Float needles were stuck so I cleaned them, did some other maintenance and the bike was running, not the greatest, but well enough to be worth it, but of course I like to keep things in great repair. Ordered OEM jets from Suzuki, had my roommate pick them up when they came in and I swapped them out. However, I think I made a mistake. I mixed up the jets. There's 3 in each carb, one that's long two that look identical (one has a bigger hole than the other.) When the roomie picked them up, he said they weren't labeled as what was what, otherwise I'd have matched them up with my diagrams. All I need to know is of the two that look identical, does the one with the bigger hole go in the jet holder or does it go in the spot for the carb itself? I also know how to do the carb sync and will be sure to get that done and taken care of.
Call me the names you wish, I made a rookie mistake and I know it. I just want my bike back and running. She's been a lot of fun and I miss her, and she's my baby until I am able to pick up my beautiful 82 gs750t from back home. Thanks in advance, guys.
Sorry man, I can't tell you which jet goes where on the "F" carbs. Have you looked through the Wiki yet?

I'm sure somebody will be along soon to give you the answer though. And welcome to the site!
If you don't hear something sooner, I'll be taking my carbs apart this weekend to replace one of the floats that has a small leak. I'll take a look and get back with you.
You should be able to find the jet size right on the jet. This will allow you to put them in the right places.
17.5 Pilots / 60 Mid Main / 130.0 Main...
As the carbs are sitting in the bike - Lowest is main jet - its a 130 stock. Bike works better with a 132.5 (AKA you didn't need the OEM Suzuki jet, you needed 1 size up).
The next higher up jet is the mid- 60 is the size you need, same as OEM. This and the mains will thread into each other. You cant swap em, it wont run (or run like crap) if you do.
The next higher up jet is the long cigar like jet - Pilot jet. This will not fit in the other 2 holes. The OEM is a 17.5. That isn't ideal for a stock bike. It works better with a 20 (1 size up - see the pattern here).
Anyway you should have it run fine with the jets in the correct holes.
Cool.

Yeah, it's the pilot and main I'm confused about. Exterior of thee jets look identical, one the whole is just a bit bigger.
The old jets were so damn clogged the holes looked the same size. Anyways, I put in the new ones, after a little bit of riding the bike started acting like I was out of gas, with a full tank. Opened the cap in case it was pressure issue, no change. Checked function of both fuel c o c KS and they are good. Only change I made prior to this issue was jets. Noticed fuel in air box, so figured I put jets in wrong place and it's getting too much and drowning the bike. Swapped the jets and now it's pouring in so much fuel that the fuel is just absolutely pouring out of the airbox drain hose. Floats were good when I had it apart. Maybe I had it right the first time and I just didn't sync the carbs for the new floats?
Buddha, your help on jet sizes give me enough information to go from here, but if I order in new jets in your recommended sizes, that'll be a bit so I'm gonna go with what I have for right now (dealership takes a week to get the jets, minimum) but if I swap them, is there anything I need to do? Mixture screw or something? If so, where's that ltitle bugger at?
This thing has been a project but I'm enjoying the learning process. So far I've put in new clutch pushrods, pushrod oil seal, oil change, filters, air filter and box, second air. This will be it's final needed engine component and then I can start the cosmetics. I'm not planning on upgrading it a lot as it's just a get by bike until I get my 82 the I wasn't able to bring with right away when I bought it and the 500f is getting gifted to my best friend so I have a riding buddy.
I appreciate all the help and patience, you guys are awesome.
Update:
I'm working on the carbs, now. I had jets right the second time, so I pulled off the float on the half that seemed to be way over filling (judging by how much drained out when I opened the bleeder screw) and there was some fuel gunk under the needle in the seat. Here's to hoping, gents.
Update:
I got it cleaned back out, put together, minus one hiccup of forgetting to attach vacuum line to fuel selector, she runs fine, now. Test rode, no sputters no out of gas feeling, no problems. Thanks, guys.
Special shot out to Buddha for being my savior on this. I appreciate you!
I sell the jets - 132.5/20 only for your setup $25 = but you probably be ok now.
Cool.

I'd be very interested in getting some, if they're truly better. Hoe would I go about purchasing from you?

They simply un-EPA the bike. Its not going to make any more power, however it will run better when cold, warm up faster and behave better hot or cold (both the bike and ambient air). The bike also runs cooler @ operating temperature.
PM me - I'll send you paypal address.
I work a weird schedule, I can ship things wed-Fri mornings cos those days I go to work 12 noon. Mondays I am off, but have a whole other level of craziness going on trying to build a house - those guys are the ones I run after monday.
Cool.
