Title: Carb Issues
Post by: fslater12 on March 11, 2016, 03:46:54 PM
Stored my bike for the winter and when i took it out last week it wouldn't start. I went through and cleaned the carbs, replaced a couple hoses, and installed new spark plugs. My problem now is that when i go to start the bike I have gas coming into my air box but it only seems to be coming from the right carb. Upon further research its seems the float level is either too high or I have a stuck float valve. My model bike is the 2008 gs500f and the carbs are slightly different looking than what is shown in the manual so I am unsure as to how I can fix this problem. Any help would be much appreciated!

Shake the living daylights out of it and try it.
Cool.
