So end of last summer I bought a 2004 gs500h, Today I tryed to put the gaz tank back on it but i have 2 cable I dont know what they are for, Here are the pictures

The bike still start but make some weird noise.

That line that you have circled in yellow in the 2nd picture believe is the water drain hose
Where does the other end of that 1st one go to? Could be the for the battery as that has a breather hose on it

Im going to double check tomorow but I believe its the carb or near it, No clue where to connect it ( if it need connecting
No it just comes out at the bottom right on the bike. If i remember correctly its near your right foot when on the bike. I also believe the battery breather hose sits there too.

is that hose in the 1st picture the same one as the 2nd picture? if so then it has a little clip that holds those cable by the right foot rest. if you follow the breather hose from the battery youll find it.

no. the breather and drain hoses just hang down. they don't connect to anything on the other end.
just route them and secure them in their retaining clips and zip ties.
