I'm not sure if it's supposed to be unplugged or not what do you guys think? Hi by the way!
Welcome, and if you're referring to the tube with the clamp on the lower right hand of the picture, I believe its suppose to connect to that nipple right above. Put it on, and use a screw driver to tighten the clamp onto it.
Hi back at ya Vroom123 !
Perhaps this link will help you out:

That's a fuel line. That most certainly should be plugged in.
To where? Help please! :icon_eek: there's a thick hose in the middle that goes nowhere and is broken it's not for air right? Is that what goes there?

The top cable I'm pointing out is hanging lose and ripped is that supposed to go where the circle is showing that right now is empty?
Do not connect that hose to the carbs. That hose doesn't connect to anything but is supposed to hang over the air box. I believe the California models may have had an emissions thing stuck on the end.
That connector on the carbs also doesn't connect to anything either. I believe it also came with a length of hose similar to the one off the top of the engine and also drapes over the airbox.
I simply removed both hoses from my bike.
Not very intuitive but there you go. Don't worry about those hoses :)
