Does anyone have a good picture (or link to) of where the vacuum hose to the petcock connects to on a 90's carb set? I mean a clear picture, with the vacuum hose connection easy to see - not the normal pics you get just by searching google images or the FAQ.
The Haynes manual just says 'remember where you took them off of' and most online sources say it's on the left carb somewhere but doesn't actually point it out.

Aaaah, so it is onto that little non-barbed stub under the choke slider after all. I take it the matching one on the right hand carb body's blocked off?

Left carb fitting facing the right carb.
Right carb fitting is blocked off.
Cool.
Buddha.
Now that i think of it, this may be the solution to why my vacuum petcock hasnt been working and ive been having to ride on prime.
