Okay I posted earlier but nobody replied. I own a 2000 gs500 and the petcock has a problem. I have taken it apart and noticed a brass ball in the petcock. The ball was stuck when I took it apart. Should it move freely or is it suposto be lodged in place. I have tried to upload pictures but it tells me I need to contact the admin. I understand "on" "prime" and "reserve" but could someone explains the ball and vacuume.
It's not necessary to start a new thread because you didn't have replies yet! ... (which BTW that thread now has! ).. it is however necessary to be a little patient ... midweek especially. .. there are users on here from right around the globe, in all different timezones, someone will likely know and give you your answer!
There is also the gswiki you can browse thru, search function here etc. .. or just bump your thread :)
