Was taking my casings of to paint, and noticed this pin on me ignition plate, it looks like it's been bent, how bad is the situation?

Well you can re position it right and weld around it and shave it back to correct and put the thing back. What issue were you having ?
BTW Suzuki recommends you turn the engine over to by hand using that advancer's big (17mm I think) hex bolt head. I think that is terrible advice, that is what caused this if you have no crash damage on that side.
Turn over the motor via the back wheel IMHO.

Ok I'll try that thanks, well I've always had a starting issue but always thought it to be battery, was gonna have a look at me clutch plates and that before spray it all, only by chance that I spotted it
