Anybody got one of these Look at this on eBay http://www.ebay.com/itm/331691496341
Interesting if it is a direct fit. Only concern is the cc listing stops at 300 so would it be way too soft?

I believe those fit the first GS (inline four) model, which had dual rear shocks.
Although... (almost) anything can be machined to fit.

Dang I learned about the softness of the R6 shock after buying mine. I am well over 90KG at 107Kg and still plan on installing my R6 shock once work and grad school permit me to. I am "assuming" it will still be an upgrade over stock. :dunno_black:
I'm on the bubble at 193 to 198 pounds depending on my diet and gym time. I'm probably going R6.

Each to their own but at 130+ kg geared up I set my katana right down on 1 for most riding. .. they are a stiff spring!
Personally I would think that 120kg/300lbs ish and over rates a katana. ... under that use an R6. . Unless you are the ultimate track day demon that wants to feel every little tremble!
I am 200 lbs and like the Katana 600 shock on the softest setting
For the Katana setup what year are you using. The adjustability would be nice.

Think mine is an 01 Kat shock in my 06f. .
AFAIK, all years are the same. You want the version without the remote reservoir.
