Hey guys, I'm a brand new rider and this is my first bike I have ever had. I had bought it from a friend who used it as a daily but then let it sit for a while due to the fact he had a got a ZX6R. Anyways the bike now will turn over and run but then die shortly after :cry: not sure what's causing this and seeing as this is my first motorcycle I don't really know if this is a common issue with this bike in particular or not.
If any of you could help me out I would appreciate it very much, also I was curious as to if there's an fairings that will fit this bike I realized that it didn't come with fairing until 2004. So will the 2004 fairings and front cowl fit or will I have to do major work to get it to fit.
I suppose this is more a project bike than anything but for $300 I couldn't pass it up! Let me know if any of you can help me out I live in McKinney, TX
