Does anyone know what other model bikes' mirrors will fit the gs500f? I have read that the katana mirrors fit, but do GSXR or SV650S mirrors fit? The part that mounts to the fairing looks the same in pictures, but I dont know for sure.
The following mirrors should bolt to the stock GS500F mounts. However, I have heard that the angles are incorrect for a lot of these and they will look kinda goofy mounted on the bike. The GSF mirrors are pretty nice, why not stick with those?

Thanks very much for the list! The angle thing seems to me like it varies on the mirror you get, so it may be a "your mileage may vary" situation.
As for your question, I agree that the GSF mirrors are alright, but another set of those or aftermarket ones made for the GSF were quite a bit more expensive than a pair of short mirrors made for the GSXR, and I wanted to see if they would fit. Looking at the pictures of them and everything, my thought is that they are going to sit a little bit more vertical than the stock ones. I have ordered the GSXR mirrors and I will post on here once I get them noting the angle situation.

We are talking about mirrors for the F models, which mount to the fairings, not the handle bars

True, but in case anyone is wondering about what mirrors fit the non F models, I believe any mirrors for Japanese bikes with 10mm threads will fit.
