Get out your handy dandy can of carb cleaner or wd40 or whichever and spray around the carb boots with bike running. . That seems to be the first test suggested most times! :)

I believe the problem is vacuum hook up on top of carbs there are 2 on each carb white and I don't have emissions coming from head because motor is a 2004 and my bike I put engine is a 2008 don't know what has to be hooked where and I have vacuum going to lower right carb and can't find anything or pics for vacuum going to top of carbs and if all four  are hooked up or which ones?? thx Mike

The ports on the plastic cap of the carbs should each be blocked off. The port on the side of the left carb (facing inward towards the other carb) should go to the petcock. The port on the side of the right carb should be internally blocked off but you can block it with a cap for good measure.

There are a lot of other places for a vacuum leak to occur, but if you have left the vacuum ports open then this is definitely the beginning of your problems.
