I have owned this bike since 2009 when I bought it from the one and only Buddha. It has been under his care most of this time, and in fact, the carbs are in his hands right now for a quick check.
Recently had the brakes bled, installed new factory battery, passed state inspection, re-tapped oil drain pan, fresh oil, chain is cleaned and lubed, brand new petcock, air filter has less than 500 miles on it, and as mentioned the carbs are getting a once over by Srinath. It has 36k and has been around the block, but has been garage kept since I've owned it and I've taken care of it. I've kept it clean. 36k.
It's mostly stock. It's painted all black. Has a nice upgraded seat (Suzuki original accessory gel seat!). The fuel tank is rust free and powder coated. First choice is to sell the whole thing as I think it's still a good bike, but it might be more lucrative (but more work) to part it. I don't know....make me an offer....

Good running motor, carbs will be done pretty soon. Nick was wanting to part it, but it can be a good runner too. In lieu of winter part was the way to go, if major parts (motor, forks and carbs) are sold then parting will continue. Else it turns into a runner for spring.
Tank was POR15 coated inside and powdercoated outside.

Wow, that's a pretty bike. Just curious - what are yinz looking to get for it?
I'd consider any reasonable offer if someone on here was interested. I'd probably list it for maybe $1200 on Craigslist.
If you do decide to part.... I would like to buy that seat!

Nick managed to get a pretty decent flat black paint job on the frame. But subsequent gas spills etc have in spots taken off some of that. Could use a respray. But I've also said the same thing to him. And the all blacked out approach also works well for the bike.
Hupjai - I think if motor, carbs, seat and tank get buyers, its getting parted. My thought was that being Winter it would get him $$ faster if he parted.

Anyone want to make some kind of offer for the whole thing? I'm fairly motivated to get it out. I know November is not the best time for this, but if someone wants it...make me an offer...you never know....
