Title: Speed in gears?
Post by: Orawa on February 25, 2004, 03:33:07 AM
Hi all!

I am kinda new here. I have been reading the forum about a month now. I dont own a GS500 but i intend to buy one. I have a huge bikefeever going on. I HAVE TO HAVE A GS!  :x   So i was wondering that how fast does the GS go in different gears. I would like to know the speeds in every gear around 6000rpm. And If anyone has got good videos of Riding the GS i would like to see them.

Terve.

Try this (http://gse500.free.fr/videos/videos.html) for videos and here's a gearing table (http://www.bikepower.net/gs500e-power/thebike/gearing-tables.jpg) from http://www.bikepower.net/gs500e-power/gs500e-power.htm

The stock gearing ratio is 16/39 (at the bottom of the gearing table).
