If you end up parting it out I'd buy the circular crankcase cover with the emblem on it on the right side.

How's the starter motor? My bike is starting to have issues cold starting.

if its actually COLD as in outside, its the lead acid battery.

if its not charging the battery, I would look at the RR = Regulator / Rectifier before the starter.

How do the cylinders/pistons look?  Mine are scored pretty deep and I am thinking of just installing a good used set to get it running again.  I'm in Tyler, TX and can come pick them up.  Also, what about a good connecting rod?
