My motorcycle won't idle down from 4K rpm after it's warm. It also has very inconsistent power delivery in lower rpms.
I've spent the last two days sealing up vacuum leaks and I can't find anymore. With my trusty can on carb cleaner.

The carb cleaner can easily dissolve rubber parts. It's more likely to cause vacuum leaks than to help diagnose them. Anyway, I can't help with your problem, but if you were in Austin I'd say bring it by.

If you haven't already cleaned the carbs by removing all the parts and cleaning them out, replacing when necessary, then it is only one of two things.
Valve Clearances
or
Idle air mixture set incorrectly.
Could be a dozen different things.
Clogged pilot jets
Bad o rings in carbs (pilot needle, float jet, missing or bad vacuum port o rings)
Hole or deformity in diaphragms due to carb cleaner
Sticking slide or main needle
Float level too high
Plus the things urbane mentioned.
Etc
