I'm seriously curious if this can rebuild our petcocks... looks pretty darn close.. I can't find measurements on it though. I might go ahead and order it for the sake of science!

Just from looking at that, that looks like (and is labeled) for the fuel tank petcock, not the lower frame mounted unit.
