So I had the carbs sitting disassembled for a while, and cannot find where this guy mounts anywhere!

Look for matching both hole pattern on bottom of the float bowl.
What it does ??? no one knows.

Bottom of the RH float bowl. Holds a cylindrical black plastic thingy with rubber lines attached.
I have no idea what its purpose is.
