:dunno: I haven't been able to take them off to verify while it's happening but i'm pretty sure thery're fooging on the inside, and iv;e tried several pairs of glasses. I ususally leave my helmet vents open. I use a fog city insert .
I'm kinda hesitant to wipe them with solutions . > Eyes
I have had exactly the same phenomina, the only thing that helped was flipping the visor open and that then starts another raft of problems. Joys of biking?
Take dish soap (palmolive) on your fingers and rub it on both sides of your glasses (lenses). Wipe off with a tissue or soft rag (may take awhile, make sure all the soap residue is off otherwise it will look hazy), walla....no fog for about half a day.
Unless you want to try to find a "fog city for glasses" shield, any sunglasses you get are going to have the same problem. There really isn't anything you can do about it except increase the ventilation of your helmet (aka open the visor).
If you're just using it for the sun glasses, I suggest getting a smoke visor for your helmet and get a fog city insert for it. That should give you the desired effect, and you'll be able to see better anyway.

That works, and you can buy sprays at auto supply stores, eyeglass vendors, and sporting goods stores that do the same thing (they usually contain a silicone oil base). There's also a product called Cat Crap that's available at high-end sporting goods stores that works pretty well. A side benefit of these products is that they tend to hide scratches as well. :cheers:
Any anti fog solution will work on your glasses. And won't damage them.
I've used a spray product called "get the fog off". Rainex has some anti fog solution at auto parts stores. And they work for a longer period of time.
I use this stuff called "Scope Dope" its for gun scopes but it works really well. It comes in a container like lip balm and you apply it to the lenses like wax...rub it on...let it dry...buff it off. It seems to work well for me.
