hey guys i have a 98 gs500e with 4k miles on it.... i recently rebuilt the carburetors, well only replaced the needle and seat, 3 rubber o rings and bowl seal.. never touched any adjustment screws.... obviously while i had the carbs apart i gave them a thorough cleaning... i put the carbs back on and could get the bike to idle correctly.... brought it to Suzuki dealer and the synchronized the carbs for me for 40 bux... now it idles perfect.... problem is once i go to crack the throttle open it dies out... i can start it back up and it idles fine and once again does the same thing when i open the throttle.... thought maybe there was some shaZam! that got into the carbs so i am on my 3rd time removing the carbs and cleaning them completely...... i don't know where to go from here because the issue is still remaining.... i am not using the pet chicken because i have the tank off and i am bottle feeding the gas into carbs.. i have checked the diaphragms and they are in perfect shape..... anyone who can help i appreciate it very much.
