Hey guys I recently Brought a gs not when I brought it I got it as a none runner managed to strip it all down and clean the carbs, tank and lines then replaced the plugs and got it running now my problem is it won't charge the battery I brought a new alternator (fitted) folowed by alternator then a new rectifier regulator (fitted today) and it's still not charging what could be causing this please ? Thanks in advance for any help :)
Pull the cables off of the battery terminals and check that they are clean and make good contact. If not break out the fine sand paper so there is good conductivity.
Cheers buddy I'll have a look tomorrow although I have checked the red and black wires coming from the rectifier and it's only reading 1.2 vlots :/
