I want to thank everyone, who has given me some advice in relation to getting my bike going.
Apart from the flat battery, it turned out to be the throttle cable adjusted way to tight, it was like a piano string, so i wound it out and got some slack into the cable, and fixed the massive idle issue. Now, i can ride the bike, and able to stop without it trying to ride on through the brake.
Glad we could be of service. I've had the throttle cable issue myself before Lol.
